Chapter 23 Vocabulary- Due May 8th
Students need to go through the vocab sheet and write out definitions and information regarding the events and words from the Vocabulary Sheet. This will be graded and will be a big help for studying for the test.

Entrance Slip - Due April 23rd
Students must answer the following question(s) in at least 4-6 sentences:

Students will need to complete the Chapter Pre-test. Their score will not be graded on it but they will receive credit for completing it.
Chapter 22 Test- April 14th
The test over Chapter 22 will be Tuesday, the 14th of April. It will cover sections 1 & 2 of the textbook. Before students may take the test, they must first turn in their Chapter 22 Study Guide, completed or incomplete. The test will include True/False, multiple choice, matching, and also short answer.

Chapter 22 Topic Outline - Due April 2nd
Create an artifact (like a PowerPoint, prezi, etc.) to answer the points of the document listed. The points are important information from the chapter that you should understand in great detail. Much of the information will be on the chapter test so it will behoove you to do a good job researching nd finding information regarding each of the points.

The test over Chapter 3 will be Friday, the 13th of March It will cover sections 1, 2, 3, & 4 of the textbook. Before students may take the test, they must first turn in their Chapter 3 Study Guide, completed or incomplete. The test will include True/False, multiple choice, matching, and also short answer.

The Guided Reading is done together as a class on days where we go over the sections. If a student misses a section where the Guided Reading is covered, it is their responsibility to make up it up by finding the answers in the textbook. At the end of the chapter, students are to turn in the Guided Reading for a grade. It is always due when the chapter test is taken.

Chapter 3 Group Topics- Due March 5th
Student groups will receive a copy of the Topic Outline for the chapter. This outline lists all the topics that need to be covered and learned by the students. Students will work as groups to research the information and explain it in an artifact. This artifact will act as evidence that the information has been learned. The artifact can come in multiple forms that should be chosen by the group.
Each group will need to submit their artifact as a group and individually. The group artifact should include all the information found by the group. The individual artifact should include only the information or section the individual student worked on.
Groups will then present this information before the class. Students absent this day will need to present their information using Screencast-o-matic to create a video presentation.
